Terms & Conditions
1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can always opt for an exchange or return through credit note within 14 days of your purchase. You will need to make sure that the Product is unused and returned in its original condition along with the original payment invoice. The refund against the product is permitted within 3 days from the date of purchase with the original invoice as per the original mode of payment.
2. Any items purchased through Credit Note, Gift Voucher, Gift Cards, or Discount Vouchers will not be refundable in cash and they will only be exchangeable within 14 days of the date of purchase.
3. Unfortunately, we cannot refund/exchange items that have been assembled or damaged after leaving the store (except due to manufacturing defects determined by D.Haus team), or items that have been purchased as a clearance 'as-is' product.
4. In case of any return or refund, the Customer shall return all free or discounted products bought together as part of the promotional offer.
5. Purchased products must be collected or received within 21 days from the date of invoice. A weekly storage fee will be charged in accordance to the total invoiced value of the purchased products which are received or collected after 21 days of free storage period. These charges still apply to any order cancellation/refund. D.Haus reserves the right to cancel the purchased products after 90 days and the purchased amount will be returned (as per exchange policy) post deduction of the applicable storage charges & taxes. The storage charges are as follows:

6. We shall endeavor to deliver the products purchased/ exchanged by the expected date. However, we shall not be responsible for delays in delivery for reasons beyond our control.
7. Limited warranties on select items start from the date of purchase and lasts for the number of years stated against the product. The Original invoice needs to be produced as proof of purchase to claim the warranty. Conditions apply to the extent of warranty given for each product and may differ across different countries. 8. We will be happy to accommodate a change in delivery date up to 48hours before the first original delivery date. Any changes requested after that will attract a charge of SAR 250 for every instance. To reschedule your delivery date, please contact customer care center 0509524826 within 48 hours of the first scheduled delivery date.
9. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
